What is healing?

Healing means facing your own shadow sides and peeling off layer by layer in order to get closer to your true self and source of love. Through experiences in life we ​​teach ourselves patterns and programmes that help 'survive' at that moment, but can actually work against us in the long run. In addition, in daily life we ​​have to deal with external influences that can throw us off balance. An energetic healing can help you find the balance from within, deal with these influences in a healthier way and take care of yourself. Healing is an ongoing process and requires a certain willingness to see yourself fully and to let go of what no longer serves you so that you can continue to grow. Emotions are a compass for healing and provide clues about where the pain is. Healing can be accompanied by an emotional release, which should be fully embraced. An energetic healing continues for a few days after the session and can bring about lasting changes. To support this process it helps to live extra consciously in the days after the energetic healing and be gentle with yourself.

Selfhealing Coaching

Although we might like someone else to 'suddenly' remove our problems, in practice this often works differently. Healing is a natural process, it's like a wound that heals slowly, turning into a scar and eventually fading. It often goes slower than we would like, so it takes patience, trust and perseverance. Think of it as a wound that needs care and therefore attention. It requires a certain amount of effort from the one who comes for the healing. In the course of our lives we have learned patterns and programming that sometimes work against us rather than serve us. The way to deal with emotions and events, for example. Especially the willingness to take on things and integrate healing into our daily life as a 'daily practice' is an important aspect. Healing often involves a change in our attitude towards life. Healing, personal development and spiritual growth go hand in hand. I like to include all these aspects in the selfhealing coaching consults, so that the desired changes can take place.

The goal of this coaching trajectory is to give you the tools to become your own healer and continue the healing journey independently. Part of this trajectory is a Reiki I attunement that you will receive. The initiation strengthens, accelerates and supports the healing processes. After the initiation, a 21-day cleaning process starts in which your system is attuned and adjusted to go into 'healing mode'. During this period it is important to provide yourself with healing on a daily basis and to pay extra attention to possible feelings and insights that arise. Things you encounter in life come from the subconscious to the conscious, so that there is the possibility to look at them and accept them and then find internal peace within those feelings. The Reiki initiation can be experienced as a kind of rebirth. It can be the start of a 'new' way of living and effecting positive transformations. Possible topics to be covered within the traject are:

♡ Self Healing – Learn how to heal yourself on all levels; emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually/energetically.
♡ Welcome & Accept all that is, feel all the feelings so they can process and move.
♡ Let go of control – Learn to surrender and trust. What belongs to you shall come to you.
♡ Energy management - The balance between giving, receiving and protecting yourself against external influences,
♡ Use the power of the mind – In stead of fighting against your thoughts, use the mind to learn new ways and move forward.
♡ Practicing compassion & kindness – For the self & others. Let go of the critical self and practice self compassion and self love. Only when you can allow the feelings within yourself, you can allow them from others.
♡ Healing power of expression – Speak your truth and learn how to be authentic and express yourself in a more authentic way.
♡ Shadow work – Shine light on your shadow side. Face your shadows with some love and compassion so these parts can soften.
♡ Forgive & Let go in order to move on. Forgiving is a process of accepting each part of the situation to liberate yourself from the feelings that you are holding on to.
♡ Self love & care – Start integrating self love into your daily life. Be gentle and kind with yourself and give yourself what you need and desire! When you are filled up with self love you can also have better relationships with family, friends, lovers and strangers.
♡ Pattern & program transformation – Train your subconscious mind in a more healthy way. Reflecting before reacting. Each situation in life can be seen as a teaching.

Together we look at relevant topics to get started with a 45-minute intake conversation to get to know each other and see what I could do for you. The intake is without obligation to investigate together whether and what kind of trajectory is suitable for you. A selfhealing consultation consists of coaching conversations (20 minutes), methods/rituals for self-healing (20 minutes) and a healing session that you receive from me (35 minutes). After the session we briefly exchange the experience of the session. Between the various consultations you will be given assignments to work with at home. It is possible to embark on a weekly or biweekly trajectory, just what you desire.

Become your own Healer - A trajectory of 6 consultations (75 minutes) for € 450. Sessions are online (Google Meet).

NEW: special focus in this trajectory on Heartbreak healing/recovery.

Knowing from a personal experience how strong and difficult the feelings can be and how alone you can feel when going through this, I feel the call to support the ones who are currently going through this experience.

I wish to support you to:

● Feel the intense feelings and make space to be with them without judging yourself;
● Trust that it was the right decision and accept the current situation;
● Let go of regrets and learn from the 'mistakes' that are made in the past;
● See your old relationship and your former partner clearly without glorifying;
● Recognize attachment and learn how to detach yourself in order to move on;
● Express your needs to your environment and allow loved ones around you to support you, without seeking comfort from your former partner;
● Find things that comfort you and lighten up your days, even when you don't feel any excitement for anything anymore;
● Use the heartbreak to enter and heal the deepest wounds connected to relationship patterns;
● Reconnect to your own needs and desires and fulfill them after being attuned to the needs and desires of your partner;
● Fill the emptiness with self love and compassion;
● Be in the unknown and open yourself up to a new life with new opportunities;
● Rise from the ashes and use the heartbreak as a transformative opportunity.

This traject is based on the self healing coaching that I already offered (see link in bio to website), which includes receiving energy healing sessions, self healing teaching & coaching. 6 sessions with the specific focus on the heartbreak and using the pain as a catalyst for healing and transformation.

When you go through the deepest feelings, there is the opening to work with the deepest wounds and emotions. Use this time as an opportunity to reconnect to yourself, transform and rise from the ashes!
