What is healing?
Healing means facing your own shadow sides and peeling off layer by layer in order to get closer to your true self and source of love. Through experiences in life we teach ourselves patterns and programmes that help 'survive' at that moment, but can actually work against us in the long run. In addition, in daily life we have to deal with external influences that can throw us off balance. An energetic healing can help you find the balance from within, deal with these influences in a healthier way and take care of yourself. Healing is an ongoing process and requires a certain willingness to see yourself fully and to let go of what no longer serves you so that you can continue to grow. Emotions are a compass for healing and provide clues about where the pain is. Healing can be accompanied by an emotional release, which should be fully embraced. An energetic healing continues for a few days after the session and can bring about lasting changes. To support this process it helps to live extra consciously in the days after the energetic healing and be gentle with yourself.

Although we might like someone else to 'suddenly' remove our problems, in practice this often works differently. Healing is a natural process, it's like a wound that heals slowly, turning into a scar and eventually fading. It often goes slower than we would like, so it takes patience, trust and perseverance. Think of it as a wound that needs care and therefore attention. It requires a certain amount of effort from the one who comes for the healing. In the course of our lives we have learned patterns and programming that sometimes work against us rather than serve us. The way to deal with emotions and events, for example. Especially the willingness to take on things and integrate healing into our daily life as a 'daily practice' is an important aspect. Healing often involves a change in our attitude towards life. Healing, personal development and spiritual growth go hand in hand. I like to include all these aspects in the selfhealing coaching consults, so that the desired changes can take place. The goal of this coaching trajectory is to give you the tools to become your own healer and continue the healing journey independently. Part of this trajectory is a Reiki I attunement that you will receive. The initiation strengthens, accelerates and supports the healing processes. After the initiation, a 21-day cleaning process starts in which your system is attuned and adjusted to go into 'healing mode'. During this period it is important to provide yourself with healing on a daily basis and to pay extra attention to possible feelings and insights that arise. Things you encounter in life come from the subconscious to the conscious, so that there is the possibility to look at them and accept them and then find internal peace within those feelings. The Reiki initiation can be experienced as a kind of rebirth. It can be the start of a 'new' way of living and effecting positive transformations. Together we look at relevant topics to get started with a 45-minute intake conversation to get to know each other and see what I could do for you. In addition, I do a short energetic body scan in which I feel the themes and needs. The intake is without obligation to investigate together whether and what kind of trajectory is suitable for you. A selfhealing consultation consists of coaching conversations (15 minutes), methods/rituals for self-healing (20 minutes) and a healing session that you receive from me (40 minutes). After the session you get some water or tea and we briefly exchange the experience of the session. Between the various consultations you will be given assignments to work with at home. It is possible to embark on a weekly or biweekly trajectory, just what you desire.
